Pino Luongo makes Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncini (Spaghetti with Garlic, Olive Oil & Chili Peppers)

Last week’s highly controversial Pino Luongo interview made it look like all the guy does is sit around bashing his rivals. We actually talked to him about a lot of things, though, and one of the best parts was when we asked him how he makes spaghetti with garlic and oil.  No two Italians make this dish exactly alike, and Pino puts himself into it as expressively as he does when being interviewed.
